People arrested are innocent unless proved otherwise in court. Initial charges often change as a case progresses.

LEBANON POLICE

Man Tazered, arrested — Lebanon officers used a Tazer on Larry Dean Peterson, 49, after he locked himself in the restroom of a restaurant under construction in the 2700 block of South Santiam Highway. Peterson was taken to the Lebanon hospital where he was treated and released, then officers charged him with attempted assault on a police officer. According to police, Peterson was intoxicated and his probation officer was notified.

ALBANY POLICE
