The Albany Beaver Huddle’s annual kickoff barbecue will be held at 6 p.m. Friday at Monteith River Park.

Tickets (at the door) are $15, and you are entered in the grand prize drawing for a trip to the Arizona State game in Tempe on Sept. 22. The package includes air, hotel and game tickets.

OSU baseball coach Pat Casey will attend the event.
