Linn County Measure 37 claims

The Linn County Commissioners reviewed the following Measure 37 claims Wednesday and granted waivers on them unless otherwise noted:

• Robert Birt, Fern Ridge Road, Sweet Home, divide property into residential lots.

• Howard Burtchett, Lacomb Drive, Lebanon, divide 25 acres into 5-acre lots.

• Billy Joe and Evelyn Brown, Turbyne Road, Sweet Home, divide property into residential lots.

• Evelyn VanAgtmael, Ridge Drive, Scio, divide property into residential lots.

• Grover and Ora Jelden, Gap Road, Harrisburg, divide 656 acres into 2½-acre lots.

• Steven and Patricia Munts, Fern Ridge Road, Sweet Home, divide 93 acres into 5 acre lots.

• Charlene Lines, Kamph Drive, Albany, divide 104 acres into 4 lots.

• Richard and Arlene Baker, North Coburg Road, Harrisburg, divide 135 acres into 3 lots.

• Claudia and Lynn Hoefer, Hoefer Drive, Albany, divide 58 acres into 6 lots.

• Joan Wood, Shea Hill Drive, Sweet Home, approve 1 dwelling on 12 acres.

• D. Craig and Agnes Marble, Courtney Creek Drive, Brownsville, divide 223 acres into 3 lots.
