Freda was preceded in death by her husband, John H. “Page” DeCosta, on Feb. 16, 1988; brothers Ivan and Sonny Winningham; sisters Ethel Rae Winningham, who died in infancy, and Wanda DeCosta; and her parents.

A viewing was Sunday at Huston-Jost Funeral Home. A graveside service was this morning at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Lebanon.
