South Albany High School is searching for coaches for its junior varsity boys soccer and junior varsity girls soccer teams.

SH announces fall sports practices
SWEET HOME — Sweet Home High School fall sports practices begin next Monday for all sports.
Volleyball daily doubles for all levels will be held from 9 a.m. to noon and 6 to 8 p.m.
Football daily doubles for sophomores, juniors and seniors) will be held 7:30 to 10 a.m. and 3:30 to 6 p.m.
Freshmen will practice from 9 a.m. to noon.
Cross country’s first practice is at 6:30 p.m. Aug. 18.
Boys soccer daily doubles are 8 to 10 a.m. and 3 to 5 p.m. Girls soccer daily doubles are from 8 to 10 a.m. and 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Rally daily doubles are until 11 a.m. and 3 to 6 p.m.
Water polo’s first practice is from 3:30 to 5 p.m. today at Lebanon Community Pool.
Students with questions about high school athletics can call athletic director Dave Goetz at 367-7144 or athletic secretary Kendra McCaslin at 367-7629.
All athletic forms must be turned in to the athletic secretary no later than Aug. 18 prior to the first practice.
All athletes must have a current, completed physical examination form on file with the office prior to participation.

West cross country starts Monday
The West Albany High School cross country program will begin practice on Monday, Aug. 18.
Runners should meet at West Albany and be signed up with the main office before they may practice. Practice will be from 7 to 9 a.m. Monday through Friday.

OSU baseball fall clinics announced
CORVALLIS — The Oregon State baseball team has announced its fall clinics schedule, with the first slated for Sept. 8 and the final one on Nov. 24, with weather permitting each Monday.
Each clinic will be held from 5:15 to 6:45 p.m. Mondays for children in grades first through eighth. The cost is $20 per session and space is unlimited. No campers will be turned away and scholarships will be available.
