Promoted: Wells Fargo has promoted Chad Wegner to manager of its Mid Willamette Community Banking District. He previously managed a Wells Fargo bank in Corvallis. In his new position, Wegner now oversees the customer services, sales, community involvement and training of 69 team members at seven Wells Fargo banks in Albany, Corvallis, Lebanon, Philomath and Sweet Home. He is based in Albany.
Wegner joined Wells Fargo in 1996 as a teller in Portland. He transferred to Corvallis in 1997 where he was promoted to lead teller. He became assistant bank manager in 1993 and was promoted to bank manager in 2005. Wegner earned a bachelor degree in fish and wildlife science and a master’s degree in business administration from Oregon State University.
New broker: Windermere/Albany, 1100 Pacific Blvd. S.E., has announced that Lori Jantzi will join the firm as a principal broker. Jantzi has been a broker for nearly two years and most recently was with Conser Realty. She likes working with first-time buyers and is a full-service agent. Certified: The American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR) National Certification Committee announced Samaritan Albany General Hospital has met the criteria for AACVPR Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program Certification. The Albany hospital completed a rigorous program evaluation by the AACVPR State/Regional Committees, AACVPR National Certification Committee and finally, the AACVPR Board of Directors to earn the certification.
The mission of AACVPR is to reduce morbidity, mortality and disability from cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases through education, prevention, rehabilitation, research and aggressive disease management.
New Lebanon agent: Jennifer Meltzer is a new agent for State Farm, 1479 S. Main Street in Lebanon. Before becoming an agent, Meltzer spent 15 years at Hewlett-Packard. She graduated from Linfield College with a degree in business management. Meltzer also holds an associate of science in electrical engineering technology degree from Linn-Benton Community College. She lives in Lebanon with her husband, Joel, and their son, Deegan. Meltzer is licensed in the property and casualty, life, health, and variable lines of insurance. She looks forward to meeting with clients and helping them with their insurance and financial services needs. The agency includes one team member, Maegan Fosdal who is licensed for property and casualty, life and health lines, is bi-lingual and comes to the agency with financial services experience.
