Mid-Valley Children's Clinic: Samaritan's Mid-Valley Children's Clinic in Albany recently welcomed pediatrician Adam Paul. He is accepting new patients.
Paul received a medical degree from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine. He completed an internship and residency training at the University of Iowa Children's Hospital. He and his wife enjoy ethnic cooking, bed and breakfast traveling and hiking with their two young sons.

Customer service awards: Ben Dole of Phoenix Suites, Cindy Alire of Novak's Hungarian Restaurant, Jannine Sanders of Comfort Suites Inn and Kandi Sanderbrink of Holiday Inn Express have been selected as customer service award winners by the Albany Visitors Association and the Willamette Valley Visitors Association.
They were selected from a drawing of employees nominated for extraordinary service by visitors to the area. They will receive a check for $100 and a certificate of appreciation.
Windermere/Willamette Valley Albany: Jennifer Stitzel has joined the real estate sales team at Windermere/Willamette Valley, Albany. Stitzel recently passed the state and national real estate exams. She has been involved with sales in the past, helping to establish Trebelle Boutique. She has lived in Linn and Benton counties for more than 20 years. She has been married for 16 years and is the mother of two sons. She is involved with her children's activities through the Boys and Girls Club and their local schools.

Windermere/Willamette Valley Corvallis: Mickey Bernhardt has joined Windermere/Willamette Valley in its Corvallis office. Bernhardt has been an area Realtor for more than 2½ years and has a background in title and escrow. She is the former owner of a graphic arts photo lab in Los Angeles, Calif. She is a member of the Willamette Association of Realtors (WAOR), National Association of Realtors (NAR) and Willamette Valley Multiple Listing Service (WVMLS).

New bank director: Rick Smith is a new member of the Board of Directors at Willamette Community Bank. Smith owns R.P. Smith CPA, PC an accounting firm in Albany.
