Branch manager: Central Willamette Community Credit Union has promoted Mickey Parvin to the position of branch manager for the credit union's Pacific Boulevard office at the corner of 29th Avenue, 905 29th Ave. S.W. Parvin has been with the credit union for 12 years. She has held various positions, most recently as phone center supervisor, for which she supervised phone receptionists and phone sales consultants.

Officers elected: The Vina Moses Center board of directors recently elected new officers for the 2009-10 year: George Abele, president; Ron Thiesen, vice president; Alice Morrow, secretary; and Peg Obrist, treasurer. The Vina Moses Center serves as a link between community giving and those with limited resources.

Winery board: Benton County Wineries Association elected new board members at the annual meeting of the group in March. Those elected will serve terms ranging from one to two years. Elected were: Ormond T.
