Hall of Fame: Mary Hartley has earned the prestigious Hall of Fame Award for 2007. Only 2 percent of 100,000 RE/MAX agents in 65 countries qualify for the award. Hartley works at RE/MAX Integrity.

Hartley has been in the real estate business for 13 years. Previously, she was an interior decorator for 20 years. She holds the Graduate of the Real Estate Institute and Accredited Staging Professional designations. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters and four grandchildren, as well as doing community service at her church and shopping for antiques.

Profit and Loss: U.S. Bancorp has reported net income of $1,090 million for the first quarter of 2008, compared with $1,130 million for the first quarter of 2007. Diluted earnings per common share of $.62 in the first quarter of 2008 were slightly lower than the same period of 2007 by 1.6 percent, or $.01 per diluted common share. Return on average assets and return on average common equity were 1.85 percent and 21.3 percent, respectively, for the first quarter of 2008, compared with returns of 2.09 percent and 22.4 percent, respectively, for the first quarter of 2007.
