Lahmann promoted: Willamette Valley Bank has announced the promotion of Barbara Lahmann to assistant vice president and relationship manager. Lahmann has been with the bank for more five years.
Lahmann's 30 years of experience in the banking industry with in-depth knowledge of commercial lending and customer relations make her an excellent addition to the Albany location. She is involved with the Marion Polk Builders Association, Albany Area Chamber of Commerce and the Willamette Valley Home Building Association.

New bank director: Richard Brandvold, president and CEO of Brandvold Construction, Inc., in Lebanon, has been named to the Willamette Community Bank board of directors. Brandvold is a real estate developer and contractor.
"The board is fortunate to have Richard Brandvold as our newest director," said board chair Kent Hickam. "With his experience in real estate development and construction, Richard will be a very valuable asset to our bank as we continue expanding our market presence in the Mid-Willamette Valley".
The locally owned bank has offices in Albany and Lebanon.
Grand opening: SunnyPatch Boutique, a specialty children's store at 121 Broadalbain S.W., will hold a grand opening at 10 a.m. on March 1. The shop includes specialty clothing, shoes and eventually maternity and furniture. Sizes range from infant to size 12 to 14 for young children. The grand opening will include specials on Easter apparel.

Willamette Valley Bank: Net income for 2007 at Willamette Valley Bank was $823,394, an increase of 18.8% over the prior year. Earnings per share were up 13%.
Highlights for the year include: earnings per fully diluted share was $.85, up from $.75 last year; total loans increased from $83.7 million to $92.9 million, up 11% over 2006; gross revenues up from $6.7 million to $9.2 million, an increase of 37%; total assets increased from $102.4 million to $104 million.
