Agency adds four: Four new agents have joined RE/MAX Integrity real estate in Albany. Nancee Wines has joined the firm as principal broker and LeAnn Headrick, Melinda Abresch and Leanna Langley come to the agency as brokers. Wines has worked locally in real estate for over 30 years focusing on residential, commercial, investments, farm and land. Prior to joining RE/MAX she worked at Town & Country Realty  and led her own real estate company, Wines Realty.

Headrick is a six-year real estate professional with an emphasis on residential sales. She has a GRI certification and previously owned a metal brokerage company. She was at Town & Country before coming to RE/MAX.

Abresch and Langley have worked as a team and have seven years combined experience in the business. They specialize in residential properties and working with first time home buyers. Both previously worked at Town & Country and Abresch also worked for RE/MAX in La Grande. Langley was employed by Toyota for 13 years.

Community Relations: Willamette Valley Rehabilitation Center in Lebanon has announced that Mollie Kerins has joined the organization as Community Relations Director. Kerins brings 25 years of management experience to the position with a background in business analysis, project management, product development, contract negotiations, vendor relations and marketing and training. She has been active in the community with Build Lebanon Trails, Cheadle Lake Recreation Core Planning Team, Meals on Wheels and as serving on the City of Lebanon Parks and Tree board. Willamette Valley Rehabilitation Center serves more than 120 individuals with special needs providing vocational services to individuals with disabilities. Health care award: Cindi Franck of Marian Estates Corporate Compliance Office in Sublimity has been awarded the Oregon Health Care Association’s Long Term Care Champion – Winter Award. The award highlights staff from Long Term & Community Based Care who go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure a high quality of life for residents and job satisfaction for staff and co-workers. Franck has bee with Marian Estates for 28 years.

Albany broker: Patsy Pieschl has joined Wines Realty, a locally owned company as a real estate broker, specializing in residential listings and sales. Pieschl was born and raised in Albany and has been involved in the community for many years. She has a background in real estate, home construction, and banking.
