SUBMIT YOUR INFORMATION

Deadlines: All information, including calendar listings for Friday to Friday, Music Lineup, Artwork on Display, and Your Opportunities, as well as news releases and photos must be recieved by 5PM the Friday before publication. They can be submitted at the addresses above via email, in person, or by mail. A form is available at the front desk. Late submissions cannot be accepted. However, cancellation notices will be taken before printing.

Calendar Listings: Send to Nancy Raskauskas, and include the name of the event, time, date, location (including address), admission price, description and a number to call for more information. Additional information may be included, but we will edit for clarity and length. Basic listings are free and are run as a public service to inform our readers of upcoming events.

Photos: High-resolution hard-copy photos or electronic images can be submitted. Electronic images must be in a format that can be edited in Adobe Photoshop, either .jpg or .tif at 200 dpi, color, are welcome. We prefer images that have not been electronically altered. We cannot use screened photos or those printed out by computer. Hard-copy photos can be picked up within one month of delivery at the front desk of the Corvallis Gazette Times, or the person submitting can attach a stamped, self-addressed envelope to have them returned.

Story Ideas: Stories and briefs are included at the discretion of Entertainer staff, as space and staff time allow. Please contact reporter, Nancy Raskauskas, 541-758-9542, to pitch an idea.
