LEBANON - Lebanon High School is marking homecoming week with "powderpuff football" today and "tuff puff volleyball" today and Thursday.
The public is invited.
Powderpuff football, which pits teams of girls against each other, kicks off at 6:30 p.m. with freshmen versus sophomores. Juniors take on seniors at 7:30 p.m. Both games are at the high school stadium.
Tickets at the gate are $5 for adults and $3 for students with student ID.
"Tuff puff volleyball," with teams of boys, will see sophomores versus seniors today at noon. Freshmen and juniors played Tuesday. The championship match will be at noon Thursday in the main gym.
The homecoming game, against Silverton, is at 7 p.m. Friday with coronation of the king and queen planned for halftime.
