Lebanon school’s chief speak to chamber

LEBANON — Rob Hess, superintendent of the Lebanon School District, will be the guest speaker at the Lebanon Area Chamber of Commerce luncheon meeting from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 4, at the Health and Career Training Center at Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital.

Lunch is $13. RSVP by Monday, Nov. 30.

A former teacher and principal in the Lebanon district, Hess, 46, was named superintendent last summer. He came to the district after three years in the Springfield School District. At the time, Hess said he is committed to listening to others, communicating the district’s successes to the public, and accentuating positive events.
