LEBANON - Lebanon High School will honor its Class of 2003 during a graduation ceremony at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 17, at Heath Stadium.
Baccalaureate is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Sunday in the high school auditorium.
The valedictorians are Katie Atchley, Melissa Brazeale, Bodie Dowding, Stephanie Ann Madesh, Andrew Wimer and Ross Wopat. The salutatorians are Amanda Blair and Matthew Ellis.

Valedictorians
Katie Atchley, daughter of Johnny and Rhonda Atchley, earned a varsity letter on the basketball and softball team. She was a member of STARS (Students Today Aren't Ready for Sex), the National Honor Society, Junior Rotarian and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. She was voted the most valuable player in softball and most inspirational player in basketball.
She plans to attend Western Baptist college, majoring in physical therapy. She will also be a member of the WBC softball team.
Melissa Brazeale, daughter of Laura and George Brazeale, was president of the Key Club, a member of Historian of Generation LIFE, a member of the Honor Society, a Linn County Junior First Citizen nominee, member of the LHS newspaper staff (writer/photographer), (STARS) teen leader and was a cadet teacher.
She earned the Lebanon High School Unselfish Service award, Certificate of Initial Mastery and a varsity letter in track.
She plans to attend Oregon State University and major in elementary education and photography.
Bodie Dowding, son of Brice and Susie Dowding, was a four-year member of the baseball and football teams, earning varsity letters in both his junior and senior years. He was a member of the Honor Society and was a Junior Rotarian.
He plans to attend O.S.U. to study Forestry Management.
Stephanie Ann Madesh, daughter of Lawrence and Jeanne Madesh, was Dance Team captain, voted most inspirational in 2002 and 2003. She was a member of the jazz ensemble, marching/pep bands, DECA president and treasurer, National Honor Society vice-president, a member of Key Club, Mr. LHS coordinator, scholar athlete dance instructor at Cascade Performing Arts Center and a member of site council.
She earned the award for Business Student of the Year in 2002, Citizen of the Year in 2000 and Student Volunteer of the Year at The Oaks in Lebanon.
She plans to study international business marketing at Babson College, Babson Park, Mass.
Andrew Wimer, son of Pam and Steven Wimer, was a member of the cross country team, the swimming team, the track team, the jazz ensemble, the concert band, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, L.I.F.E (Living in Future Expectancy) and STARS. He was nominated for Mr. LHS, served as National Honor Society president was and Linn County Junior First Citizen nominee. He was a councilor at outdoor school and was the freshman orientation person.
He plans to attend Willamette University, majoring in biology with a minor in music.
Ross Wopat, son of Dr. Richard and Ellen Wopat, earned the all-league award for varsity soccer, all-league award in varsity football and the Warrior of the Month award. He was a member of the varsity track team, a club soccer team, Junior Optimists, STARS and the link crew for freshman orientation.
He plans to undergraduate at OSU while kicking for the football team and then finish up medical school at Oregon Health & Science University.
Salutatorians
Amanda Blair, the daughter of Kent and Janet Blair, was active in the Linn County Trauma Intervention Program, was a member of the volleyball team and was selected as Warrior of the month. She plans to attend Linfield College and major in psychology.
Matthew Ellis, the son of Jeff and Mary Ellis, was a member of the cross country team, the track team and the Rocketry Club. He was also named as a member of the honor society.
