Oregon monument to be unveiled in Lebanon

LEBANON - The city of Lebanon, in conjunction with the governor's Oregon 150 Committee and the Oregon State Parks Department, will celebrate Oregon's sesquicentennial at 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 8, at the Cheadle Lake Recreation Area. The public is invited.

Former Gov. Barbara Roberts, the leader of the Oregon 150 Committee, will unveil a 3-foot-by-4-foot monument in the shape of Oregon.
