Officers were eventually able to retrieve her from the water. Erin Leigh Mosely, 33, of Lebanon was arrested on charges of DUII, disorderly conduct and reckless driving, and lodged in the Linn County Jail.

Linn County Sheriff

Manslaughter arrest - DNA testing and scene reconstruction led deputies to arrest a Springfield man in the death of his friend Justin Ditlefsen Lopez, 24, also of Springfield. Lopez died in a single-car crash on Peoria Road near Tangent last October.

Robert Alan Martinez, 26, of Springfield was arrested on a charge of second-degree manslaughter and lodged at the Linn County Jail.
