SWEET HOME - Oregon Jamboree officials announced this morning a partial list of performers for this year's music festival.

The names include stars such as Jeff Foxworthy, Dierks Bentley, Neal McCoy, Jo Dee Messina, Lorrie Morgan and Aaron Tippin, among others.

This year's Jamboree will take place Aug. 3-5 and include 14 concerts. It's the Northwest's largest country music and camping festival.

Foxworthy is a comedian widely known for his "You Might Be A Redneck If …" stand-up comedy routine.

Bentley, 31, is the youngest member of the Grand Ole Opry and winner of the Horizon Award at the 2005 Country Music Association awards.

McCoy's hits date back to the early 1990s, and he headlined at the 2005 Oregon Jamboree. Some recent favorites include "Tailgate," "Last Of A Dying Breed," and "Billy's Got His Beer Goggles On."

Messina, 36, is a singer/songwriter from Massachusetts with several No. 1 hits and two platinum albums. Her 2004 song "My Give A Damn's Busted" stayed at No. 1 for two weeks.

Morgan has been producing country music since the late 1970s and won multiple awards in the process. TNN's Music City News Awards gave her Female Vocalist of the Year in 1994, 1996, 1997 and 1998.

Tippin has hits dating back more than 10 years, including "Ready To Rock" and "Come Friday." "Stars and Stripes," written in the wake of 9/11, was a crossover hit on both country and Billboard's Hot 100 charts.

Other performers include Dale Watson, a singer/songwriter from Austin, Texas, and the Grascals, a Nashville-based bluegrass band. Steve Holy is a 34-year-old singer/songwriter from Dallas, Texas, who's produced frequent hit songs since the early 1990s.

The Oregon Jamboree is produced by the Sweet Home Economic Development Group, a nonprofit that uses the festival proceeds to benefit the community.
