ALBANY

Memorial service planned for child loss

If you have experienced the loss of a child before birth, you're invited to join the Samaritan Albany General Hospital Perinatal Loss Team at 2 p.m. Wednesday for a memorial service at Willamette Memorial Park.

This is a burial and memorial service for those who have experienced a pregnancy loss or stillbirth and want to honor the child. It is a way to experience closure after the loss of a baby.

There is a fee of $25 for a burial or a $10 contribution for recording the baby's life into a memorial book without a burial.

For more information, call Willamette Memorial Park at 926-3831.
