SUSPICIOUS MAN - A 20-year-old woman reported that she saw a suspicious man at Oregon State University at about 4:43 a.m. The man followed her as she walked to her car and matched her footsteps as she increased her pace until she was running.

The woman got in her car and drove home to call police. Troopers were unable to locate the suspect, described as a white adult male of average height with short hair.
