An Albany woman who lost 100 pounds in about a year and a half will appear on a segment of the Rachel Ray show that starts at 9 a.m. Tuesday on KEZI Channel 9 from Eugene and at 3 p.m. on KGW Channel 8 from Portland.

Betty Vanderstelt, 32, said she lost her weight primarily using the Weight Watchers program.

Vanderstelt grew up in Halsey, graduating from Central Linn High School in 1994.

She works in the business office at the Corvallis Clinic.
