Middle school and high school students will be using Wii fitness technology this fall in their PE classes.
Wii Fit Systems focus on cardio, yoga, Pilates, endurance, and strength building styles of workouts.
The programs can be connected to sound systems, computers, and large screen monitors so all students can see and replicate physical movements.
Given their popularity, finding Wii Fit Systems can sometimes be difficult. Fred Meyer and their Kroger Food corporate offices helped the district secure these systems, and at a discounted price.
