CORVALLIS - Bill Wilkins will present a review of "The Post-American World" by Fareed Zakaria at 11:30 a.m. today at the Corvallis-Benton County Public Library, 645 N.W. Monroe Ave.

Zakaria's book describes the shifting of economic power. Wilkins is an international economist, emeritus dean of Oregon State University's College of Liberal Arts and professor emeritus of economics. During leaves of absence from his long career at OSU, he served as economist for the Ways and Means Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives and as associate administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration for Policy and International Aviation.
