Vicky Diane Rhea, 51, of Albany passed away Saturday in Corvallis.
She was born in Renton, Wash., to Jack and Phyllis (Blaser) Veselik.
She received an associate degree in general studies from Linn-Benton Community College. On Dec. 28, 1984, she married Kerry Rhea in Reno, Nev.
She worked as a manager for Umpqua Bank for 15 years, and as a resident manager for Clayton Meadows in Albany.
Vicky's hobbies included quilting, salmon fishing and drift boating. She especially loved to spend time with her grandchildren.
Vicky is survived by her husband, Kerry; twin sons Joshua and Jeremy Rhea, both of Myrtle Creek; twin daughters Jennifer Moore of Monmouth and Jessica Pires of Myrtle Creek; mother Phyllis Veselik of Prineville; brothers Steve Veselik of Fort Walton Beach, Fla., Monty and Mike Veselik of Phoenix, Ariz., and David Veselik of Grants Pass; sister Tammy Spaulding of Prineville; and nine grandchildren.
Vicky was preceded in death by her father, Jack Veselik.
A memorial service will be in Roseburg. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
