Lloyd Allen Stewart, 69, of Bend died Sunday in Bend of complications from congestive heart failure and emphysema.

He was born in Pawnee City, Neb., the son of Lloyd and Nadeen (Isley) Stewart. He married his wife, Vicki, on Sept. 20, 1975, in Reno, Nev.

Lloyd worked as a house painter from 1959 to 1981. He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Painters and Allied Trades.

He bought and sold antiques and assisted at Woodburn Auction from 1981 to 2001.

He lived in Stayton from 1985 to 1991 and Albany from 1991 through November 1999.

Lloyd is survived by his wife, Vicki Stewart of Bend; son Mark of Medford; daughters Nadine and Shari Stewart of Boise, Idaho, and Kim States of Weiser, Idaho; brother Jim of Hawaii; sisters Amy Radie of Albany and Patty Hulse of Dundee; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two children who died shortly after birth; and half-brother Jerry.
