Anna M. Lawson, 93, of Albany died Aug. 12 at Timberview Care Center.
She was born in Fall Creek, the daughter of Ole J. and Sadie (Troth) Neet.
She married Hilbert H. "Hig" Lawson on March 8, 1931. Together they had seven children.
Anna had many interests throughout her life: singing, treasure hunting, gardening, sewing, playing piano and antiques. She loved being with her family above all.
She is survived by her children, Myrna Anderson of Bend, Bryon Lawson of Albany, Jeananne Hamman, Darlene Mitchell and Linda Kohlnhofer of Salem, and Cathryn Hughes of Sacramento, Calif.; 17 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hig, in 2000; son Bertie in 1946; and grandchildren Douglas Hepner, Jason Kohlnhofer, and Deborah and Marcie Lawson.
A private family celebration of life will take place at a later date.
