1934 - 2008

William "Bill" Arvin Bice passed away Aug. 20.

He was born in Rosebud, S.D., to Carl and Cardellia Bice.

Bill is survived by his sister Wilma Lacy of Lebanon; brother Lee of Salem; sons Gordon and Gary of Everson, Wash., and Henry of Colorado; daughter Julie of Lebanon; significant other Susan Bouse and her children, Arlen and Jeremy; grandchildren Matt and Adam Simpson of Linn County, and Gary of Washington; and many nieces and nephews.

His sister Arlene preceded him in death.

Willis was a descendent of Crazy Horse; he will be long remembered.

There will be private family services.
