Dec. 28, 1939 - March 16, 2009
Deanna May Sproul, 69, found eternal rest Monday. She was one of many who lost her life to cancer.
She was born in Lebanon to Orval and Eileen Wilson. They both preceded her in death. She spent most of her youth in Tillamook, and in 1972 moved to Albany.
She was a secretary for Unitrin. In retirement she enjoyed giving her unconditional love to anyone who came her way. We will all enjoy the memories of her laughter.
Deanna is survived by her children, Debbie Scott of Lebanon and Doug Sproul of Salem; brother Gilbert Wilson of Salem; and sister Donna Beska of Troutdale. She will never be forgotten by her seven grandchildren and her six great-grandchildren will grow up hearing about their terrific great-grandmother.
A celebration of life will be at 5 p.m. April 18 at the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Albany.
Contributions in her memory can be donated to Doernbecher Children's Hospital or the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, sent in care of Fisher Funeral Home, 306 Washington St. S.W., Albany, OR 97321 (www.fisherfuneral
home.com).
We leave this last note stating, "She did not go alone, and she will never be forgotten."
