Clarence F. Brust, 89, of Lebanon died Saturday at Timberview Care Center in Albany.
Clarence was born in Neosho, Mo., the son of Elmer and Ethel (Stockton) Brust. He was raised in Neosho and married Delma Fulkerson there on Sept. 28, 1940. They moved to Lebanon in 1947 and resided here since that time. Clarence worked for local service stations until purchasing the ARCO station that he owned and operated until his retirement.
He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and fishing.
Clarence is survived by his wife, Delma, of Lebanon; three daughters, Patricia Lavoie of Lebanon, Ruth Ann Bari of Humble, Texas, and Jonell Packer of Turnwater, Wash.; three sons, O'Neal Brust of Lebanon, Elmer Brust of Tangent and David Brust of Eugene; 18 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
A viewing will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Huston-Jost Funeral Home. A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Lebanon IOOF Cemetery.
