Harrison - Hagan

Crista Harrison, the daughter of Marion and Jim Harrison of Sisters, and David Hagan, the son of Linda and Kim Hagan of Cupertino, Calif., are engaged to be married Nov. 22.

Crista graduated from Sisters High School in 1999 and earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Oregon State University and a Master of Arts in teaching from Western Oregon University. She teaches math at Memorial Middle School.

David graduated from Monta Vista High School in California in 2000. He received a bachelor's degree in history from OSU and he also earned a Master of Arts in Teaching from Western Oregon University. He teaches computer technology at Philomath High School.

The couple met while they were both teaching at Memorial.

Golden - Fisher

Krista Golden of Redmond, the daughter of Phaye and Raymond Golden of Redmond, and Matthew Fisher of Hermiston, the son of Stephanie and Darrell Fisher of Albany, are engaged to be married Jan. 31 in Redmond.

Krista graduated from Redmond High School in 2001. She received a bachelor's degree from Oregon State University, Bend campus, and is now working towards a master's degree.

Matthew graduated from West Albany High School in 2001 and earned a degree in fire science and paramedics from Central Oregon Community College. He works for the Hermiston Fire Department.

Castilla - Barton

Xiomara Elizabeth Castilla, the daughter of Terri Mata of Southern California, and Tyler Michael Barton, the son of Donald and Kathy Barton of Southern California and the grandson of Jim and Marlene Jenson of Albany, are engaged to be married.

Xiomara graduated from Burmington High School in Sherman Oaks. She is working toward a docterate in history at Humbolt State.

Tyler gradutaed from Crespi High School in Encino and is working at NBC/ Universal Studios as a show control manager while taking classes online at Kaplan University toward a Master of Arts in communications.
