I’m glad I had the mammogram 16 years ago that found my breast cancer; I’m a survivor or I wouldn’t be here to type this.
In our beloved country, in order to save health care costs, the mammogram guidelines are being changed to start screening at age 50, not 40. In Sweden, where rich and poor have mammogram screenings starting at age 40, the deaths from breast cancer have seen a significant decline. Of course, they have socialized medicine.
In our country, the trend is just to eliminate those pesky women by having more breast cancer deaths, and we won’t have to worry about the costs of mammograms.
Hey, let’s eliminate men’s Viagra pills. That won’t kill them, even though I’m sure they think they would rather be dead. So sad, too bad.
