Pineway Presisident's Club
The Pineway Men's Club will begin its annual President's Club tournament with an 8 a.m. shotgun start on Sunday. The registration deadline is Saturday.
Annual dues of $40 must be paid prior to signing up. Annual dues include membership in the Oregon Golf Association, maintenance of an official OGA handicap, eligibility to play in monthly Men's Club tournaments and in weekly Thursday games. Thursday games include long drive and/or closest to the pin contests, two-man best ball competition, and head-to-head stroke play. Current OGA members are eligible for an Associate Membership at a discounted rate.
Membership forms and sign-up sheets are available in the Pro Shop at Pineway Golf Course. For information, call the club at 258-8815.

Current and potential members are encouraged to contact Jim Morgan or the golf course to volunteer for clean-up and maintenance tasks in preparation for upcoming tournaments.

Stars and Stripes
The annual Stars and Stripes best-ball tournament will be held Saturday through Wednesday at the Golf Club of Oregon.
Each two-person team will play one 18-hole round anytime over the five days.
The entry fee is $10 per player, plus regular green fees.
Prizes will be offered for low-five teams, best-ball gross and net (using the Callaway Handicap System). If the field is full, a minimum of $1,000 in gift certificates will be awarded.
Entrants will receive a free warm-up bucket of range balls.
All teams must play their rounds with another tournament team. For assistance in finding another team, or for more information about the event, call 928-8338.
