Hannah Whitehead broke all of her own personal bests from 2008 earlier this spring.
Now she's chasing some all-time numbers.
The East Linn Christian junior won the 400 meters in the Kennedy Twilight meet on Friday in 57.74 seconds, which now ranks second on the 2A girls all-time list.
Whitehead's time broke her own PR of 59.66, which she ran less than two weeks earlier.
Only Keli Hall, who graduated from Lakeview last spring and now competes for Idaho, has ran faster in the 2A classification.
Hall clocked the number-one time of 56.85 as a junior in 2007. Ironically, Hall's best time as a senior is the same time Whitehead ran Friday.
She isn't the only area athlete climbing toward the top.
Scio junior Coulter Mastenbroek had a busy day Friday at the Kennedy meet moving up the 2A boys all-time lists.
First he helped the Loggers' short relay win in 44.04, which ties for fourth best and was almost three-tenths of a second faster than the team ran earlier in the season.
Joining Mastenbroek - the reigning 100 and 200 state champion - on the relay were Josh Rieger, Wyatt Briggs and Justin Guest.
Later in the meet, Mastenbroek won the 200 in 22.34, which moved him to a tie for sixth on the all-time list.
Scio's Haley Guest is the new holder of the 2A girls freshman class record in the shot put with a mark of 36-10¼.
That breaks the 22-year-old record of 36-7 set by Michelle Stiles of Bonanza.
Santiam Christian's Sara Almen holds the 3A girls freshman high jump record of 5 feet, 5¼ inches, which she set April 22.
Sweet Home junior Dakotah Keys has left his mark all over the 4A boys all-time lists.
His toss of 197-9 this season is third all time, bettering his No. 7 mark of 193-10 from 2007.
Keys holds the 4A freshman, sophomore and junior class records in the javelin and the sophomore record of 39.44 in the 300 intermediate hurdles.
His pole vault PR of 15-3, set earlier this year, is tied for 10th on the 4A all-time list.
