Each spring, the Who's Who in Oregon Track and Field is published.

Who's Who is a well-known and unofficial record book of the state's all-time high school track and field and cross country records.

The book is edited by Sweet Home track and field and cross country coach Billy Snow, and former Sweet Home coach Dave Martin.

The following are all-time marks held by area athletes, according to Who's Who, and updated through this week based on times and marks available at athletic.net.

Current high school athletes among the top 10 in their respective classifications include East Linn Christian senior Caleb Goins and Sweet Home sophomore Dakotah Keys.

Former athletes who are prominent in the all-time marks are Central Linn's Don Cliver, Carl Romines and Devin White; Harrisburg's Shane Hargett, Scio's Joe Jones, East Linn Christian's Frank Stutzman, Sweet Home's Renelle Jepsen and Jefferson's Chrissi Grizzel.
